To be eligible for an exchange:

The product must be unworn, and unwashed.
It must be returned in its original packaging.
All hygiene seals must be fully intact.

We cannot accept any item that has been opened or tried on, due to strict hygiene standards. The policy ensures that every woman who wears Eleace receives a garment that is completely fresh, untouched, and safe.
