📦 Q: Can I return my order if it doesn’t fit?

At Eleace, we do not accept returns. However, we do offer exchanges in the following cases:

You received the wrong size or wrong color.
The product is unused, and hygiene seals are intact.
Opened lingerie items cannot be returned due to hygiene standards.
The product arrives defective.
